Quality Assurance Commitment
All products supplied by Ehasher Mining Technologies are individually tested prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Each shipment includes a quality control sticker detailing:
- Technician Initials
- Inspection Date
- Firmware Version
This process ensures your product arrives fully tested, operational, and ready for use—minimising any setup requirements.

1. Overview and Scope
This Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products purchased from Ehasher Mining Technologies (“Ehasher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via https://ehasher.com or authorised sales channels.
As we distribute products from multiple manufacturers, warranty terms and support processes may vary by product category.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.
2.2 Return Eligibility Conditions
- Unused and in original, unopened packaging
- Includes all accessories, cables, and manuals
- No signs of installation, modification, or damage
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) provided
- Returned within the specified timeframe
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or configured products
- Items that have been powered on or used
- Products with missing components or packaging
- Items with altered or removed serial numbers
- Purchases from other resellers
2.4 Return Shipping
- Change-of-mind: Customer responsible for return shipping
- Ehasher error/defect: Prepaid label provided (UK only)
- Original shipping: Non-refundable unless due to our error
2.5 Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid fees, or failed delivery attempts, it will be treated as a return:
- 10% restocking fee applies
- Additional carrier or customs fees may be deducted
2.6 Return Process
- Submit your return request using our online form:

- Receive your RMA number and instructions
- Pack the item securely with all original contents
- Clearly label the package with the RMA
- Ship using a tracked service
RMA authorisations are valid for 30 days.
3. Refunds
3.1 Processing Times
- Inspection within 5 business days
- Refund issued within 7–10 business days
- Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 days
3.2 Refund Methods
- Card payments refunded to original card
- Crypto payments refunded as outlined below
- Other methods processed per provider policies
3.3 Cryptocurrency Refunds
- Refunded coin-for-coin (not GBP equivalent)
- Sent to your provided wallet address
- Network fees may apply
- Customer responsible for correct wallet details
4. Warranty Coverage
4.1 Canaan (Avalon) Products
- Warranty: 1 year (from manufacturing date)
- Provider: Canaan Inc.
- Support: avalonsupport@canaan.io
4.2 Bitaxe / Nerdaxe (Open Source Miners)
- Warranty: 90 days from delivery
- Provider: Ehasher
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects only
4.3 5tratumOS Home Nodes
- New Units: 12 months hardware warranty
- Used Units: 6 months hardware warranty
- Software: Not covered under warranty
- Support: Ongoing via Discord & Facebook
4.4 Accessories
- Warranty: 90 days
- Provider: Ehasher
5. General Warranty Terms
What is Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
What is Not Covered
- Misuse, damage, or neglect
- Overclocking or firmware modifications
- Improper installation
- Environmental damage (power surges, water, heat)
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Software issues or configuration errors
6. Warranty Claims
- Contact hello@ehasher.com
- Provide order details and issue description
- Follow troubleshooting steps if required
- Receive RMA if approved
- Return product for inspection
7. Shipping for Warranty Claims
- Covered by Ehasher for confirmed defects (UK only)
- Customer responsible if issue not confirmed
- International customers cover all shipping and customs costs
8. Limitations
Ehasher’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or mining rewards.
