1. About Us

ehasher.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a retailer of cryptocurrency mining hardware and related equipment.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Consumer Rights (UK Customers)

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • Any other applicable UK consumer protection law

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not as a business), you are entitled to goods that are:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

3. Business Customers

If you are purchasing goods in the course of business, different rights may apply. To the extent permitted by law:

  • Implied warranties are excluded

  • Liability is limited as outlined in Section 12

Mining equipment purchased for commercial mining operations is typically considered business use.

4. Product Information

We sell:

  • ASIC miners

  • Small-form miners (e.g., hobbyist devices)

  • Used / refurbished Mini PCs

  • Accessories and power supplies

Specifications, warranty terms, and condition (New / Used / Refurbished) are stated on each product page.

Mining hardware is specialist equipment and requires proper configuration and environmental control.

5. Cooling, Power & Operating Conditions

Mining hardware must be operated:

  • Within manufacturer temperature limits

  • With approved power supplies

  • In properly ventilated environments

  • Within specified voltage parameters

Failure to follow these requirements may cause damage and will void any applicable warranty.

6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must not have been used beyond inspection

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • All accessories must be included

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

We may reduce refunds if goods show signs of excessive handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

This right does not apply to:

  • Custom-configured equipment

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where not suitable for return

7. Used & Refurbished Equipment

Used or refurbished products:

  • Are tested prior to dispatch

  • May show cosmetic wear

  • Are confirmed working at time of shipment

Any warranty for used goods will be clearly stated on the product page.

8. Overclocking, Firmware & Modifications

Cryptocurrency mining hardware may allow:

  • Overclocking

  • Voltage adjustment

  • Firmware modification

  • Custom third-party software installation

Any of the following will void both manufacturer warranty and any seller-provided warranty:

  • Overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications

  • Installing unofficial firmware

  • Operating outside voltage or temperature limits

  • Physical disassembly

  • Use of incorrect power supplies

  • Water, dust, or environmental damage

Mining hardware is sensitive to electrical and thermal stress. Damage caused by configuration choices is the responsibility of the customer.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Many new products sold on ehasher.com include a manufacturer warranty.

Where applicable:

  • The warranty duration is stated on the product page

  • Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not ehasher.com

  • Claims may need to be processed directly with the manufacturer

We may assist where possible but cannot guarantee manufacturer acceptance of claims.

10. Mining Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency mining:

  • Does not guarantee rewards

  • Is probabilistic

  • Is affected by network difficulty and market conditions

We make no guarantees regarding profitability or return on investment.

Purchases are made at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to this:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for lost mining revenue or cryptocurrency

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
