1. Shipping Locations

ehasher.com ships to the United Kingdom and selected European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Shipping availability may vary depending on location and courier coverage. If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to that destination.

Orders placed with unsupported delivery locations will be cancelled and refunded.


2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 working days for in-stock items
  • Longer if clearly stated on the product page

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.


3. Delivery Methods

We use reliable courier services for both UK and European deliveries, including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Parcelforce, and international courier partners.

All deliveries are fully tracked unless otherwise stated. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 1–3 working days
  • Europe: 5–10 working days (depending on destination)
  • Remote areas may take longer

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.


5. Customs, Duties and VAT (European Orders)

For orders delivered to European countries outside of the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery delays. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

ehasher.com is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or fees applied by destination countries.


6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate at checkout and that valid contact information is provided.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed deliveries due to absence
  • Additional courier charges for redelivery

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Risk and Ownership

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you. Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered to the provided address.

A signature may be required for higher-value items.


8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged item.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect claims with the courier. Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.


9. Lost Parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your item:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours
  2. Contact the courier directly
  3. Notify us within 48 hours

We will assist with investigations where appropriate.


10. High-Value Equipment

For ASIC miners and higher-value hardware:

  • Signature confirmation may be required
  • Shipments may include enhanced insurance
  • Orders may be subject to additional fraud checks before dispatch

These measures are in place to protect both you and us.
