At present, ehasher.com ships within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently ship to:

The Republic of Ireland

The Channel Islands

International destinations
We may expand shipping regions in the future, but for now we are focusing exclusively on serving customers within the UK.
Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within:

1–3 working days for in-stock items

Longer if stated clearly on the product page
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered to the provided address
A signature may be required for higher-value mining equipment.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

The outer packaging

The shipping label

The damaged item

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect claims with the courier.
Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
8. Lost Parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item:

Check with household members or neighbours

Contact the courier directly

Notify us within 48 hours
We will assist with investigations where appropriate.
9. High-Value Mining Equipment
For ASIC miners and higher-value hardware:

We may require signature confirmation

We may ship with enhanced insurance

We reserve the right to delay shipment for fraud checks
