This Warranty Policy explains how warranties apply to products purchased from ehasher.com.

Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.


2. New Products – Manufacturer Warranty

Most new mining hardware is covered by a manufacturer warranty.

  • The warranty duration is shown on the product page

  • Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer

  • Claims may need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer

ehasher.com does not extend or replace manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer refusal of claims

  • Warranty processing times

  • International shipping costs unless agreed in writing


3. Used / Refurbished Products

Used or refurbished products may include a limited hardware warranty, as stated on the product page.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Coverage applies to hardware failure under normal use

  • Warranty period begins on delivery date

  • Software, configuration, and compatibility are excluded


4. What Is Not Covered

The following will void warranty:

  • Overclocking beyond manufacturer settings

  • Custom firmware installation

  • Voltage modification

  • Physical modification or opening the device

  • Incorrect PSU usage

  • Water, dust, or environmental damage

  • Damage caused by improper cooling

  • Mining in extreme temperature environments

Mining hardware operates under high load. Running outside recommended parameters significantly increases failure risk.


5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

You must:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period

  2. Provide proof of purchase

  3. Provide photos/videos of the fault

  4. Allow troubleshooting steps

Items returned without authorisation may be refused.


6. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product arrives faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide video evidence

Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect eligibility.


7. Shipping for Warranty

Unless covered under UK consumer law:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend insured and tracked postage

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


8. Mining & Profitability Disclaimer

Warranty covers hardware faults only.

It does not cover:

  • Low hashrate due to network difficulty

  • Mining pool configuration issues

  • Mining profitability

  • Block reward outcomes

Mining rewards are not guaranteed.
