Unless otherwise stated:
Coverage applies to hardware failure under normal use
Warranty period begins on delivery date
Software, configuration, and compatibility are excluded
The following will void warranty:
Overclocking beyond manufacturer settings
Custom firmware installation
Voltage modification
Physical modification or opening the device
Incorrect PSU usage
Water, dust, or environmental damage
Damage caused by improper cooling
Mining in extreme temperature environments
Mining hardware operates under high load. Running outside recommended parameters significantly increases failure risk.
You must:
Contact us within the warranty period
Provide proof of purchase
Provide photos/videos of the fault
Allow troubleshooting steps
Items returned without authorisation may be refused.
If a product arrives faulty:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide video evidence
Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect eligibility.
Unless covered under UK consumer law:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
We recommend insured and tracked postage
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Low hashrate due to network difficulty
Mining pool configuration issues
Mining profitability
Block reward outcomes
